The 180 cm long punching bag is ideal for all-around training with hard punches and kicks, as it offers a large surface area for practicing head-level strikes and low kicks.
At the same time, it’s heavy enough that it won’t swing too much, even with hard punches and powerful kicks.

The set includes:
1. A pair of boxing gloves in the following sizes:
- 10 oz (for body weight 50–60 kg, for punching bag training)
- 12 oz (for body weight 60–70 kg, for all-around training)
- 14 oz (for body weight 70–80 kg, for sparring)
- 16 oz (for body weight 80 kg and up, for heavyweight sparring)
2. A pair of boxing wraps
- The 3.5-meter wraps are typically better suited for slimmer hands or women’s hands, while the 4.5-meter wraps are the classic choice for larger and wider men’s hands. If in doubt, however, you can use either length and still achieve a secure fit and good stability within the glove.
3. A punching bag
- The punching bag is the centerpiece of the set. It’s filled with tightly packed fabric scraps, which provides an even more comfortable feel when striking than a bag filled with rubber granules.
