The belt balancing system with high-quality, durable, spring-loaded chain system keeps the punching bag in the ideal position and returns it to the center after each punch.
Metal D-rings are mounted at the top of the punching bag, ensuring easy, balanced, and safe installation.
The D-ring mounted at the bottom of the punching bag provides extra safety by attaching it to the floor.
What size punching bag do I need?
If you are an adult and want to use a punching bag for both kicks and punches, you will need a 150 cm or 180 cm punching bag.
This punching bag will then hang at the correct height for both low and high kicks. It will also be at the right height for punching.
If you are an adult and want to use a punching bag for punching training only, 120 cm is suitable.
This punching bag is heavy enough that it will not swing around in all directions.
Punching bags measuring 80 cm and 100 cm are for children up to 12 years old who want to let off steam on a punching bag.
