The 150 cm long punching bag is ideal for all-around training with hard punches and kicks, as it offers a large surface area for practicing strikes at both head and stomach height.
At the same time, it’s heavy enough to prevent excessive swinging, even with hard punches and powerful kicks.
Perfect for beginners, advanced trainees, and pros! You can’t go wrong with this set!
The set includes:
1. A pair of punching bag gloves in the following sizes:
- XS (for body weight up to 50 kg)
- S (for body weight 50–60 kg)
- M (for body weight 60–70 kg)
- L (for body weight 70–80 kg)
- XL (for body weight 80 kg and up)
2. A pair of boxing wraps
- The 3.5-meter wraps are typically better suited for slimmer hands or women’s hands, while the 4.5-meter wraps are the classic choice for larger and wider men’s hands. If in doubt, however, you can use both lengths and still enjoy a secure fit and good stability in the gloves.
3. A punching bag
- The punching bag is the centerpiece of the set. It’s filled with tightly packed fabric scraps, which provides an even more comfortable feel when striking than a bag filled with rubber granules.
