The 120 cm punching bag is ideal for boxing because it’s light enough to respond well to your punches without putting too much strain on your wrists.
At the same time, it’s heavy enough to keep from swinging too wildly, even with hard punches.
Perfect for beginners, intermediate fighters, and pros! You can’t go wrong with this set.
The set includes:
1. A pair of punching bag gloves in the following sizes:
- S (for body weight 50–60 kg)
- M (for body weight 60–70 kg)
- L (for body weight 70–80 kg)
- XL (for body weight 80 kg and up)
2. A pair of boxing wraps- The 3.5-meter wraps are typically better suited for slimmer hands or women’s hands, while the 4.5-meter wraps are the classic choice for larger and wider men’s hands.
If in doubt, however, you can use both lengths and still enjoy a secure fit and good stability in the gloves.
