Which boxing bag size do I need?
 If you are an adult and want to use the boxing bag for both kicks and punches, you will need a length of 150 cm or 180 cm. The boxing bag then hangs at the right height for both low and high kicks. 
The boxing bag will also be at the right height for punches. At this length, the boxing bag is also nice and heavy and does not swing so much during training.

Welche Boxsack-Größe benötige ich?

Wenn Sie als Erwachsener den Boxsack sowohl für Tritte als auch für Schläge benutzen wollen, benötigen Sie eine Länge von 150 cm oder 180 cm. Der Boxsack hängt dann für die niedrigen sowie hohen Tritte in der richtigen Höhe. 

Auch für Schläge hängt der Boxsack dann in der richtigen Höhe. In dieser Länge ist der Boxsack außerdem schön und schwer und schwingt nicht so sehr beim Training.

Wenn Sie den Boxsack als Erwachsenen nur zum Trainieren der Schläge verwenden möchten, sind eine Länge 120 cm geeignet. Dieser Boxsack ist dann so schwer, dass der Boxsack nicht in alle Richtungen schwingt.

Der 90 cm Boxsack ist für Kinder bis 12 Jahre geeignet, die sich einen Boxsack zulegen möchten.
