 * OUTER MATERIAL - The QUANTUM Q2 Fight MMA gloves are made of the best and robust cowhide. The inside is made of a hygienic polyester material that is easy to clean and maintain. 

 * SHAPE & PADDING - The shape and construction of the QUANTUM Q2 Fight MMA Gloves conforms to the norm for competition gloves used in the largest and most important MMA federations. For this reason, the thumb is also free of padding, which allows for a better grip and a firmer hold on the opponent. The padding is about 3.5cm thick, but it is significantly softer than that in the MMA training or sparring gloves. This allows the fist to be closed very tightly when punching and at the same time feels a little harder for the opponent in competition because they feel their knuckles a lot more with stronger punches. The Velcro strap is also slightly narrower than other MMA gloves, giving the hand significantly more mobility in the wrist, which is very important in ground fighting. These fight gloves fit the hand like a glove, which guarantees an even better feeling with the punches. The glove still feels very light and comfortable as if it were part of the hand. The finger straps also enclose the fingers exactly and fit them as if they were tailor-made. Thanks to the good design, the finger guards always move exactly with the fingers when opening and closing the hand. This improves the protective function of the finger padding and makes it easier to grab and hold the opponent. 

 * CARE - The MMA gloves should be placed in a dry, ventilated, and shady place to dry after each workout. They should never be exposed to direct sunlight because the sun can damage both the outer material and the foam core. These MMA gloves should be cleaned about every 30 training sessions. The leather exterior should be wiped clean with a damp cloth and clean water (no detergent). This gets rid of the dirt and especially the salt contained in the sweat. The salt pulls the moisture out of the leather, making it dry and brittle, which shortens its lifespan. If the leather is completely dry again after approx. 24 hours, you can also grease it with a special leather care product (as you do with leather shoes), whereby it retains its natural flexibility and the lifespan of the MMA gloves is thereby extended . The polyester interior material should be cleaned with a damp brush and a little detergent. This will remove dirt, debris, and sweat. The detergent also kills most of the bacteria that are responsible for the bad smell. You can also optionally use a disinfectant (without alcohol) to kill the bacteria. However, you should always make sure that the foam is not sucked in with water when cleaning. The wet foam dries slowly and can impair the function of the MMA gloves and shorten their lifespan. 

ATTENTION: The MMA gloves must never be washed in the washing machine or dried in the dryer or in direct sunlight!

Aus diesem Grund ist auch der Daumen ungepolstert, was einen besseren Griff und einen festeren Halt des Gegners ermöglicht. Die Polsterung ist etwa 3,5 cm dick, aber deutlich weicher als bei den MMA-Trainings- oder Sparringshandschuhen. Dadurch kann die Faust beim Schlagen sehr fest geschlossen werden und fühlt sich gleichzeitig für den Gegner im Wettkampf etwas härter an, da er bei stärkeren Schlägen seine Knöchel viel mehr spürt. Der Klettverschluss ist auch etwas schmaler als bei anderen MMA-Handschuhen, was der Hand deutlich mehr Beweglichkeit im Handgelenk gibt, was im Bodenkampf sehr wichtig ist. Diese Kampfhandschuhe passen sich der Hand wie ein Handschuh an, was ein noch besseres Gefühl bei den Schlägen garantiert. Der Handschuh fühlt sich trotzdem sehr leicht und bequem an, als wäre er ein Teil der Hand. Auch die Fingerschlaufen umschließen die Finger exakt und passen sich ihnen an, als ob sie maßgeschneidert wären. Dank der guten Konstruktion bewegen sich die Fingerschützer beim Öffnen und Schließen der Hand immer genau mit den Fingern. Das verbessert die Schutzfunktion der Fingerpolsterung und erleichtert das Greifen und Festhalten des Gegners. 

 * PFLEGE - Die MMA-Handschuhe sollten nach jedem Training an einem trockenen, belüfteten und schattigen Ort getrocknet werden. Sie sollten niemals direktem Sonnenlicht ausgesetzt werden, da die Sonne sowohl das Außenmaterial als auch den Schaumstoffkern beschädigen kann. Diese MMA-Handschuhe sollten etwa alle 30 Trainingseinheiten gereinigt werden. Die Lederaußenseite sollte mit einem feuchten Tuch und klarem Wasser (kein Reinigungsmittel) abgewischt werden. Dadurch wird der Schmutz und vor allem das im Schweiß enthaltene Salz entfernt. Das Salz entzieht dem Leder die Feuchtigkeit und macht es trocken und spröde, was seine Lebensdauer verkürzt. Ist das Leder nach ca. 24 Stunden wieder vollständig trocken, können Sie es auch mit einem speziellen Lederpflegemittel einfetten (wie bei Lederschuhen), wodurch es seine natürliche Flexibilität behält und die Lebensdauer der MMA-Handschuhe dadurch verlängert wird. Das Innenmaterial aus Polyester sollte mit einer feuchten Bürste und etwas Spülmittel gereinigt werden. Dadurch werden Schmutz, Ablagerungen und Schweiß entfernt. Das Reinigungsmittel tötet auch die meisten Bakterien ab, die für den schlechten Geruch verantwortlich sind. Optional können Sie auch ein Desinfektionsmittel (ohne Alkohol) verwenden, um die Bakterien abzutöten. Sie sollten jedoch immer darauf achten, dass der Schaum bei der Reinigung nicht mit Wasser aufgesaugt wird. Der nasse Schaum trocknet langsam und kann die Funktion der MMA-Handschuhe beeinträchtigen und deren Lebensdauer verkürzen. 

ACHTUNG: Die MMA-Handschuhe dürfen niemals in der Waschmaschine gewaschen oder im Trockner oder in der Sonne getrocknet werden!
